Returning Students

For students who are returning to AVMS or Robles, you will already have a student account to register online. Please update your student’s information in ParentVue for your student's continued safety and success at school. This will complete the registration process.

If you do not know your ParentVue account, please contact our technology department at (520) 800-2010 directly, and they will be happy to assist you.

Schools will be closed from June 3 until July 13. You can contact the district office at (520) 822-1484 for assistance during this time.

Preschool Screening

Children who are at least 2 year and 9 months of age may be eligible for placement into a special education program through a process of screening, referral, evaluation, and as appropriate, identification and placement. If your child is at least 2.9 months of age, you can contact the preschool director at (520) 822-9418 for more information. All other students must be three or four by September 1.

Kindergarten

Arizona Revised Statues states…”a child is eligible for admission to kindergarten if the child is five years of age. A child is deemed five years of age if the child reaches the age of five before September 1st of the current school year.” If your child meets the age requirement, you may enroll your child for the school year. To enroll in kindergarten, you must have the original birth certificate, documentation on custodial issues (if appropriate), and the child’s immunization records.
