Uriah Acosta – 2nd Grade

Uriah truly exemplifies what it means to be a respectful, responsible, accountable, and enthusiastic student. Each day, he enters class prepared and ready to learn, setting the tone with his positive attitude. Uriah consistently follows class expectations without needing reminders, and his attentive focus serves as a wonderful example for his classmates.
What truly sets Uriah apart is not only his excellent behavior, but also his willingness to support others. He is often the first to help—whether helping a classmate better understand a task or encouraging his team during activities. His eagerness to participate and genuine enthusiasm bring energy and excitement to every lesson.

Robles Elementary All-Star Employee of the Month

Alen Caldeo – 3rd Grade Teacher

Although Mr. Caldeo is new to our campus, it already feels as though he has been part of our community for years due to the meaningful impact he has made in such a short time.

From the very beginning, he has poured his time, energy, and heart into his students. He works intentionally to create a classroom environment where students feel supported, challenged, and genuinely excited to learn. His lessons are thoughtful, engaging, and well-planned, reflecting his deep commitment to student success. It is clear that he believes in every child’s potential and works tirelessly to help them reach it.
What stands out most is his willingness to reflect on his practice, seek feedback, and continuously grow as an educator. These qualities speak volumes about his professionalism and dedication to excellence. He embraces learning not only for his students, but for himself as well.

In addition, he has quickly built strong, positive relationships with both students and colleagues. He brings a positive attitude, fresh ideas, and a collaborative spirit to our campus. He is always willing to step in, offer support, and take initiative when something needs to be done.

As a new teacher at our school, he has already demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and heart. His passion for teaching and unwavering commitment to students make him highly deserving of this recognition as Staff of the Month.

Esteban Padilla

We proudly recognize Esteban Padilla as an outstanding student who truly exemplifies excellence both inside and outside the classroom.

Esteban shines brightly in mathematics, consistently demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, perseverance, and a drive to master even the most challenging concepts. His dedication to academic excellence sets a powerful example for his peers.

Beyond the classroom, Esteban has represented our school with pride by playing football, basketball, and soccer. Balancing three sports while maintaining high academic performance is no small accomplishment. His work ethic, discipline, and team-first mindset are evident in everything he does.

Equally important, this student is a great classmate — respectful, supportive, and encouraging to others. He contributes positively to our school culture and embodies what it means to be a true student-athlete. Verna truly exemplifies the “S” in SOAR by consistently prioritizing student safety and ensuring that our campus remains a secure, structured, and supportive learning environment.

Her attentive presence, calm demeanor, and unwavering commitment help keep students safe while also guiding them to make positive choices. Verna has a special way of holding students accountable with respect and care, making sure they are where they need to be and doing what they should be doing. Because of her dedication, our school runs more smoothly, and our students are better positioned to succeed.
