Altar Valley School District will destroy all special education data on students four fiscal years after students have withdrawn, transferred, or graduated from the district. Records may be kept beyond this period only where required by law or regulation, or if there is pending litigation. This includes all inactive records dated prior to June 30, 2022. Before records are destroyed, parents and/or eligible students have the right to review and/or obtain copies of records. Interested parents and/or eligible students should contact:
