Parent Survey

Altar Valley Families,

Your opinions about your child’s school performance are very important to us. Please take a few minutes to complete the online, anonymous survey by clicking on the link below. The survey will be available from January 29, 2018, through March 2, 2018. You can visit your child’s school any time during the month of February to take the survey on a computer located in the front office, or you can request a hard copy to complete and return to the front office. On the night of parent teacher conferences on February 15 and 16 we will have computers available in your child’s classroom for you to complete the survey.

We greatly appreciate your support,

Dr. David Dumon
